Flames with high CO2 content

I am in the design stage of a project to study radiative heat loss and pollutant formation in a fuel/oxygen flame doped with high levels of CO2.  This project is motivated by concerns over greenhouse gas emissions:  a flame of this sort would produce an exhaust stream from which it would be simple to separate and “sequester” CO2.  Possible activities: refurbish existing burner, perform preliminary flame experiments, survey scientific literature, and/or work on the design of a new burner and associated equipment.
